Sarpy County Building Codes
Sarpy County Board of Commissioners recently adopted the 2012 International Building Code with amendments, 2012 International Residential Code with amendments, 2012 International Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fuel Gas Code. View Resolution 2016-449 (PDF) to review the amendments and learn more.
Effective July 1, 2020, per State of Nebraska Legislative Bill 405, Sarpy County is following the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code.
