About the Court Services Division
The Court Services Division provides several valuable services to Sarpy County and its citizens. This division oversees Courts and Courthouse Security with Deputy Sheriffs, Entry Security, and Front Desk services at the Sheriff's Office. In addition to these posts, the Support Services Division also includes the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office Impound Lot, which securely holds and processes hundreds of vehicles a year. The Civil Process division also calls the Support Services Division home, providing service of thousands of legal documents, subpoenas, and notices each year.
The Support Services Division has dozens of Deputies, Sergeants, a Lieutenant, and Captain in addition to several civilian staff to ensure the services the division offers are done in a complete and timely fashion.
