8-Hour STOP Class

The 8-Hour STOP Class (Safety Training Option Program) is available to persons who receive a traffic citation in Sarpy County and wish to have their citation dismissed. Eligibility for the 
8-Hour class is determined by the violation listed on your citation.

Advantages of the Class

Advantages of taking the class include:

  • Only pay for the class, don't pay the fine or court costs on your citation
  • No court appearance
  • No conviction or points on your driver's license
  • Improve your driving skills
