Man Sentenced for First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child

Ademir Estrada-Pena of Bellevue was sentenced Monday, October 2, in Sarpy County District Court to prison for first-degree sexual assault of a child, first-degree sexual assault and two other related felony charges.

The sentences for each charge range from 3-4 years to 40-60 years, to be served concurrently.  

Estrada-Pena, 45, will receive credit for 740 days already served.  

The Bellevue Police Department in September of 2021 arrested Estrada-Pena for sexual abuse crimes that took place over the course of nearly a decade. He was convicted on July 14, 2023.
